STARLADIES UNITED BUSINESS WOMEN INITIATIVE HOLDS END-OF-YEAR PARTY

It was a joyful day of thanksgiving as members of the Starladies United Business Women Initiative held their end-of-year party and get-together at the organization’s office in Onitsha.

The colourful celebration began with an act of charity, described as the Corporal Works of Mercy, during which members went around sharing gifts with beggars in the area.

Addressing the gathering, the founder, Ambassador Nkiruka Duru, expressed profound gratitude to Almighty God for His grace and blessings throughout the year. She also appreciated the State Coordinator, Hon. Chinenye Okpalachukwu, and other leaders for their dedication, teamwork, and commitment to the organization’s growth.

In her remarks, the State Coordinator, Hon. Chinenye Okpalachukwu commended all Local Government Area coordinators for their immense contributions and dedication to the vision of the initiative. She further thanked members for their unwavering support and cooperation in moving the organization to greater heights.

Other members in attendance took turns to share their joy and reflections on the successes recorded during the year, offering prayers for more divine grace, unity, and continuous upliftment.

Highlights of the event included the distribution of bags of rice by the Founder to all attendees, a drama presentation by the Orumba LGA titled “Christmas in This Difficult Economy,” and a charitable outreach to feed beggars within the vicinity.
